Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, personal preference, or any other reason once an order has been delivered.
All sales are final.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@audegallery.com with:

Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
Once we review and verify the issue, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method. In some cases, we may request additional information to process your claim.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Refunds
Refunds are only issued when an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged during transit, or when an incorrect item has been delivered.
If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@audegallery.com.
